It begins with developing the idea and the design, then producing a physical sample for approval, and from there manufacturing, assembly, packing and delivery.

National and official occasions have a fixed date, so we build the project plan backwards from the delivery date required.
Design, sampling, approvals, manufacturing and packing are set out on a clear schedule from the start, giving the organisation and its procurement, marketing and protocol teams enough time to review and approve the detail before production begins.
And when several occasions fall in the same period, we can plan them as one programme rather than treating each as a separate project.

Ramadan is one of the most important corporate gifting seasons in the Gulf.
We develop Ramadan and Eid programmes for clients, partners, senior figures and staff — from boxes and executive sets to hospitality gifts, table pieces and large-volume giveaways.

How much does a seasonal programme cost?
It follows the number of tiers and their levels, the products, the level of personalisation, the quantity and the packaging — and the time available affects it too. Send the occasion, the tiers and the numbers and you get a costed proposal.
What is the minimum order?
There isn't one. From fifty selected executive gifts to thousands of giveaways, the specification and the identity hold.
Do I see a sample before production?
Yes. Once the design is approved we produce a physical first sample in our own facility. You approve a real object, not a render, and only then does production start.
How long does production take?
It follows the quantity and the specification — every project carries its own detail. Tell us the date of the occasion at the briefing and the schedule is built backwards from it.
How far ahead of the occasion should we start?
The earlier you start, the more room there is to develop the concept, design the pieces, choose materials and approve the sample before manufacturing. For closer dates we work out the best options available within the time and the quantity.
