Corporate Gifts in Abu Dhabi

Executive gifts, protocol boxes and custom trophies for organisations in Abu Dhabi — designed, manufactured and finished in our own workshop, then delivered to the capital.

Made in the UAE, delivered to Abu Dhabi

AXENT is a manufacturer, not a reseller. Design, sampling, engraving, finishing and packing all happen under one roof in our own UAE workshop — which is what lets us commit to a date rather than to a supplier's shipping estimate.

Finished work travels from the workshop to Abu Dhabi on our own scheduled runs, so a ceremony or a launch in the capital is planned backwards from its own date: sample approved, production window, delivery slot. Transit is quoted against the actual delivery address and the day it has to land on, not against a standard figure.

Corporate Gifts in Abu Dhabi

Working with Abu Dhabi government entities

Procurement for Abu Dhabi government entities is centralised on the Abu Dhabi Government Procurement Gate (ADGPG). Registration there is a one-time process, and a supplier profile is then visible to buyers across every entity operating through the gate.

Self-registration on the gate is open to suppliers holding a valid Abu Dhabi DED licence. A supplier licensed elsewhere in the UAE is not shut out: the published route is to provide the required information to the Abu Dhabi entity concerned, which handles the registration from its side.

AXENT is licensed in Dubai and works with Abu Dhabi entities on that basis. If your procurement team needs trade licence, VAT registration or bank details in a specific format to open a vendor record, ask and we will send the pack in the form your system expects.

Protocol work

Abu Dhabi is the capital of the UAE and the seat of the federal ministries and a number of sovereign entities. Protocol briefs are a regular part of the work we take on there: delegations, state visits, signings, accession ceremonies and long-service recognition.

Protocol work has its own requirements. Gifts are usually tiered by rank and produced as one visual family so a delegation reads as a single set. Arabic and English engraving has to be set correctly — right-to-left typography, the correct form of a name and title, and a physical sample signed off before anything is cut. Sample rounds, quantities and recipients are treated as confidential by default.

The national calendar

The heaviest gifting window in the UAE runs from early November to early December: UAE Flag Day on 3 November, Commemoration Day on 30 November and Eid Al Etihad — UAE National Day — on 2 December. Work for that window is quoted and sampled well before it, because every workshop in the country is producing against the same dates.

Ramadan and Eid sets run on their own shifting calendar, and internal milestones — anniversaries, tournament finals, board appointments — fall wherever they fall. The practical rule is the same for all of them: the sample approval date, not the delivery date, is what determines whether a deadline is real.

What we produce for Abu Dhabi briefs

Executive and corporate sets

Custom-branded desk pieces, leather goods, drinkware and stationery, produced as tiered series rather than as loose items.

VIP and protocol boxes

Wooden and leather presentation boxes designed from a blank page, lined and branded, built around what goes inside them.

Trophies, shields and medals

Cast and CNC metal, solid timber and acrylic, engraved in Arabic and English and approved as a physical sample before production.

National and seasonal collections

Flag Day, Commemoration Day and Eid Al Etihad sets, plus Ramadan and Eid collections, scheduled against the calendar date.

Bilingual engraving

Laser and deep-etch engraving with Arabic typography set properly — direction, ligatures and the correct form of names and titles.

Delivery to the capital

Scheduled runs from the workshop to Abu Dhabi, with the delivery slot planned to the ceremony date rather than to the order date.

Common questions

Do you deliver to Abu Dhabi?

Yes. Finished work is delivered from our UAE workshop to Abu Dhabi on scheduled runs, and the delivery slot is planned backwards from your event or ceremony date.

Can you supply Abu Dhabi government entities?

Yes. Abu Dhabi government procurement runs through the Abu Dhabi Government Procurement Gate, where self-registration is open to holders of an Abu Dhabi DED licence and suppliers licensed elsewhere in the UAE register through the entity they are supplying. AXENT is licensed in Dubai and can provide trade licence, VAT and banking details in whatever format your vendor-registration process requires.

How long does a custom order take?

It depends on the piece and the quantity, but the sequence is fixed: design, then a physical sample for approval, then production. The sample approval date is what sets the schedule — tell us the ceremony date and we will work back from it.

Do you handle Arabic engraving?

Yes. Arabic and English engraving is done in-house, with the typography set correctly rather than machine-translated, and the artwork approved on a physical sample before anything is cut.
