Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the AXENT website and the corporate-gifting services described on it. By using this site or requesting a proposal, you agree to these Terms.

01

Who we are

This website is operated by AXENT Gifts W.L.L. (“AXENT”, “we”, “us”), part of the AXENT group of corporate-gifting companies serving the GCC. Our registered office for this market is in Doha.

02

Using the site

You agree to use this website lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you will:

  • not misuse the site, or attempt to disrupt, hack or gain unauthorised access to it;
  • not copy or reproduce site content without our written permission;
  • understand that information shown is for general purposes and may change without notice.
03

Proposals & quotations

Prices, specifications and lead times shared in a proposal are indicative and valid for the period stated. A binding agreement is formed only when both parties confirm an order in writing — including scope, price, quantities and timeline.

04

Orders & bespoke production

Custom and branded items are produced to the sample or specification you approve. Once you approve a pre-production sample, later changes may affect price and delivery.

Slight variation inherent to handcrafted materials is normal and is not a defect.

05

Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, designs, images, logos) is owned by AXENT or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Trademarks and brand assets you provide remain yours; you grant us a licence to use them solely to fulfil your order.

06

Online store

Our online store (axentgifts.com) serves the UAE and is governed by its own store terms shown at checkout.

07

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites we do not control and are not responsible for their content or policies.

08

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”, without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information is complete and current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AXENT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing above limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

09

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Qatar shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

10

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page.
